ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
Nationality:
Indian Citizen / Nepal / Bhutan / Tibetan Refugee (before 01-01-1962) / Person of Indian Origin from specified countries
Educational Qualification (All Posts):
Bachelor’s Degree from recognized University or equivalent on or before 20-11-2025
Candidates awaiting final exam results are NOT eligible
Typing Proficiency Required For:
• Junior Accounts Assistant cum Typist: English/Hindi typing
• Senior Clerk cum Typist: English/Hindi typing proficiency essential
Medical Standards:
Different for each post (A2, B2, C2) – Refer Annexure in official notification
Important Notes:
• Multiple applications lead to rejection & permanent debarment

- Candidates must possess prescribed qualifications ON CLOSING DATE (20-11-2025) – No awaiting results allowed.
- SC/ST/OBC/EWS/PwBD/EBC certificates from competent authorities ONLY – Valid on closing date.
- Application modification allowed 23-11 to 02-12-2025 on payment of ₹250 per modification (non-refundable).
- Mobile phones & electronic devices STRICTLY BANNED in exam centers – Only e-call letter allowed.
- Admit card DOWNLOADED from website only – NOT sent by post (download 4 days before exam).
- No TA/DA provided for CBT, CBAT, CBTST, Document Verification, or Medical Examination.
- Shortlisting for DV at 1:1 ratio based on merit in CBTs (RRB-wise).
- Selection by merit only – Regional/Zone allotment based on merit, preference & vacancy.
- No negative marking – Normalized marks used for shortlisting.
- All India transfer liability – Can be posted to any Railway/Location.
- Disqualification for: Canvassing, False information, Unfair means, Multiple applications, Unauthorized scribe use.
- Document verification MANDATORY – Original documents required or candidature forfeit.
- Medical standard strict – Failure in prescribed medical test leads to no appointment.
- Biometric & photo verification at each stage – Signature must match all documents.
